With Italian flour from Naples and locally sourced eggs from Waimanalo, Andrea provides you with the perfect bite of pasta each time. Add in salt, olive oil, knowledge, and hard work and culinary goodness is born. His eye for detail and strive for perfection make this pasta deliver consistetly on both flavor and consistency. 


Tasting as you cook and adjusting flavours is a skill that chefs must master to perfect the dish. The combination of quality ingredients, where each one is thoughtfully measured out to bring the recipes to refinement is the basis of Onda Pasta. This is  what truly makes the handmade fresh yellow dough unique and one of its kind.
